Chicken Crust Pizza - nut free and flourless!



  • 1 lbs. ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup (56 grams) part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (25 grams) parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)


  • 1/4 cup (55 grams) Mids Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (28 grams) part skim mozzarella cheese
  • + Any toppings of your choice!

NOTES: I used extra lean, but you could use a higher fat option if it fits your macros better.
