The RTC 45 program focuses on overall cardiovascular endurance while creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. RTC 45 is a cardiovascular-based program that will focus on fat burning, building speed and stamina, and overall respiratory endurance.
The program is simple, but challenging. Every session is strategically planned to keep everyone in the class engaged and in motion. RTC 45 uses the Concept 2 Rower, Bike Erg, Ski Erg, Assault Runner, as well as the Air Bikes. The program also consist of body weight movements along with some Kettlebell and Dumbbell work.
