Nate Jackson

Yoga Instructor
Nate Jackson is a registered 200 hour trained instructor with Yoga Alliance. He has an additional 300 hours teaching over three years in studios, gyms, schools, corporations, and parks.  With a background in personal training, CrossFit, cross country, and basketball he simply loves to move well and help others move well.  With a BA in pastoral care, he sees yoga as an opportunity to facilitate connection: to one’s own body; communally; and perhaps to something bigger.  His intention for any class is that each participant leaves empowered to self-responsibility and ownership of their body and journey to health- with a little more knowledge, confidence, support, and peace.
