Allie is the owner of RTC Fitness and the Director of the Kids and Teens Fitness Program.

Her passion for fitness and nutrition didn’t come until after she finished her college career at University of Colorado when she was (finally) convinced to try a CrossFit class. After a month of foundations classes, she was hooked.Screen Shot 2018-05-31 at 3.50.52 PM

Allie qualified for and competed in the 2013 and 2014 Central East Regionals as an individual athlete. She has also competed in two USPA Meets; setting three Ohio state records (Deadlift, Bench Press, Total) and won best overall female lifter in both meets. She continues to compete in both local and national competitions, continually finishing among the best.

On the rare occasion you find Allie outside of the gym, expect to see her in the sun with something delicious to eat.

As a practicing RN, Diana learned that her passion for patients began before they became patients when she realized how much lifestyle contributes to the health issues that make people sick. Since then, her goal has been to use physical activity, and more specifically functional fitness, to help her clients offset the effects of aging and cancer treatment, and to enable them to live a higher quality of life.IMG_3188

Diana has run 23 marathons, 8 of which were the Boston Marathon. She retired from distance running in 2017 to focus on competitive fitness. Diana has 6 grandchildren and spending time with them is one of the joys of her life.
