SEPTEMBER 2020 YOGA ELEMENTS:

Yoga Elements guides participants through four foundational sessions: breath, positioning, transitioning, and mindfulness. These sessions familiarize beginners and revitalize seasoned yoga practitioners to the fundamentals of mindful mobility.

The classes will take place on Thursday nights 7-8p through September (3, 10, 17, 24) with Nate Jackson RYT-200.  Instruction is largely participatory and will empower participants to confidence in both taking classes and incorporating self-practice routines into their daily lives and exercise routines.
