➡️ Two Sessions Weekly: Coach led Strength Workouts + Group Discussions

➡️ Embrace Holistic Wellness, Goal Setting, and Uniting with Like-Minded Women

8 Weeks from 10/8 to 12/3 – meeting every Wednesday night at 6:15pm in the Studio and Sunday mornings at 10:45am in the studio. With two exceptions (Sunday 10/22 will be at 9:15am in the studio and Wednesday 11/22 – no group).

Each session will include functional lifting that is doable for ALL levels and important for the health and longevity of women specifically. Each session will also include discussion on various topics related to holistic wellness and goal setting.

  • Wednesday nights will be 60 minutes of lifting with light group discussion as we lift some weights together! Sunday mornings will be 60-75 minutes long with 25-30 minutes of light accessory exercises followed by up to 45 minutes of group discussion. Topics include, but not limited to:
    • Goal setting
    • Healthy Boundaries
    • Nutrition & Hormones 101
    • Sleep Hygiene
    • Stress & Weight gain
