Get to Know Michelle Parker, the RTC July Member of the Month

What Michelle Loves About RTC!

July Member of the Month Michelle Parker has been a member of RTC since well before the doors of the current gym space opened, and her sassy personality and sense of humor make her a favorite in the RTC community. When asked to describe her fitness background, here’s what she had to say: “Oh boy…not great. I played softball in high school and was a super competitive beer pong player in my college years. I sprained my wrist sled riding in a truck bed liner behind a tractor, so my professional dreams were cut short.”

Funny stories aside, Michelle credits RTC for being there for her in all of her life stages. “RTC has truly met me where I’m at,” she says. “When I’m 100% all in, they’ve been there with personal training, nutrition coaching, and opening the 24/7 side. When it’s all I can do to make it in 2 days a week, everyone is there for me and supporting any achievements I have in me THAT day. The variety is REALLY helpful at this stage in my life. Believe it or not, I love Run Club, which is something I never thought I would say!” When asked what impact the RTC community has made on her fitness journey, Michelle simply says, “Friendly fitness bullying does help!”
