Let’s start with Nutrition.
In the past, we have offered ONLY individual nutrition coaching. This comes with a high degree of personalization, metric tracking, and check-ins. While we continue to see great results with this model, we’ve come to realize it leaves out a handful of people: those not only looking for expert guidance, but also the insight, accountability, and support that comes from being part of a community.
The Nutrition and Mindset Club offers:
Shared Accountability: Being part of a group means you’re surrounded by others on similar journeys. This support network adds a layer of accountability that keeps everyone motivated and focused.
