We’ve added new options and brought back favorites to help you train hard, recover well, and stay consistent all summer long:
Mondays at 6:45 PM (45 mins)
A gentle blend of stretching, foundational yoga flow, and guided breathwork.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking for a weekly reset, this class is perfect for improving flexibility, reducing stress, and staying grounded.
Fridays at 4:30 PM (45 mins)
This 45-minute coached class is all about running performance and cardiovascular development. Each week features a new “Run WOD” focused on:
Whether you want to crush CrossFit metcons or just enjoy running more, this class is for you. Open to all levels.
Weekdays at 9:15 AM (45 mins)
Added by popular demand! Our strength-focused BUILD class is now available every weekday morning. It’s 45 minutes of intentional, progressive strength training for muscle gain, fat loss, and longevity.
More options = more consistency, especially for busy summer schedules.
🚨 NOTE: There will be no 3:30 PM CrossFit class on Thursdays starting after 5/29.
Wednesdays at 10:00 AM (30 mins)
For kids ages 2–5, this class is a fun and age-appropriate way to build body awareness, coordination, and confidence. Runs weekly from June 18 through August 13.
