Get to Know Andrea Harris, the RTC November 2024 Member of the Month!
What Andrea Loves About RTC!
Powerhouse athlete Andrea Harris has been a member of RTC since the doors opened in 2019, but her fitness journey started years ago as a runner in high school and as a track (steeplechase) and cross country runner at Walsh University. After finishing her DPT degree, she was introduced to CrossFit, and has “been hooked ever since!” Aside from loving “the community and the programming” at RTC, Andrea has been especially thankful for the role RTC plays in her life as a new mom to daughter Mia. “Motherhood has truly brought out a better me,” she says. “Prior to Mia, I was working out a lot…excessively at times. Having Mia has allowed me to prioritize my time differently. I still LOVE working out, but my WHY is different. I’m working out to stay healthy and fit to keep up with my daughter, teach her healthy ways to grow physically and mentally, and surround her with a community that reflects these same goals.” She adds, “RTC has allowed me to bring Mia with me to the gym so that I can get that 1 hour that I need to do something for myself. I am so grateful!”
