Clocking Time With…Michelle Neisel

Get to Know Michelle Neisel, the RTC June Member of the Month

What Michelle Loves About RTC!

June Member of the Month Michelle Neisel is no stranger to fitness, but she never truly found her gym home until she came to RTC a little over 2 years ago. “I’ve tried many things over the years, such as kickboxing, swimming, working with a personal trainer, and working out in my basement,” she says, “but I feel like I have finally found my place at RTC!” Michelle continues, “I have said this before and will continue to say this: Joining RTC and the L.I.F.E. class is the best decision I have ever made toward reaching my fitness goals. My body has been through a lot over the years. I’ve had chemotherapy, radiation, multiple surgeries, and have been diagnosed with celiac disease. Losing weight and inches has been awesome, but I truly feel the best I have in years.” Michelle credits the L.I.F.E. community for much of her success, calling it “simply awesome,” and says, “…they make working out fun, and I love the new friendships I’ve developed.” She adds, “I so appreciate Coach Steph and all she puts into making L.I.F.E. challenging and fun! I love how supportive the entire RTC community is to us L.I.F.E. ladies!”
