This 6-week course is ideal for you if:

What You’ll Learn

Each week builds on the one before, giving you a comfortable pace to grow. You’ll learn:

  • Basic strength movements
  • How to lift safely with coaching in real time
  • How to scale workouts for your body
  • The fundamentals of stretching, warming up, and pacing
  • Simple, realistic nutrition habits
  • How to build consistency without burnout
  • How to trust yourself again in the gym

You’ll walk away feeling stronger—not just physically, but mentally too.


Program Details

Duration: 6 Weeks
Dates: January 6 – February 14
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursdays at 6:45 PM – each class is 1 hour
Location: RTC Fitness
Coaches: Led by our RTC coaching team—known for teaching with intent, breaking things down clearly, and helping beginners feel seen and supported.

Total Cost: $250

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Absolutely not. This course is designed for beginners and anyone who’s been out of the gym for a while. We meet you right where you are.

What if I’ve never done CrossFit before?

Perfect. That’s exactly who this is for. We’ll teach you the basics in a way that feels approachable—not overwhelming.

What if I have old injuries or limitations?

Our coaches are trained to modify every movement. We’ll work with you to make sure everything feels safe and doable.

Is this a weight-loss challenge?

No. This is a strength and confidence challenge. You’ll learn nutrition basics and build habits, but we’re focusing on helping you feel capable in the gym.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You’ll have several options:

  • Move into a membership
  • Continue with 1:1 beginner-friendly training sessions
  • Keep working with us on your goals

We’ll guide you to the best next step.

What do I need to bring?

Just comfortable clothes, water, and a willingness to show up. We take care of everything else.

What if I’m nervous?
