CrossFit Group Training

If you are someone who enjoys training in a group setting, while still experiencing personalized coaching, our group class option is the path for you. Our 60 minute coach-led classes combine WEIGHTLIFTING, CARDIO, and BODYWEIGHT movements in varying HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUTS. You get your own equipment, own station, and the guidance to attack YOUR goals. Our coaches specialize in tailoring each day to meet you at YOUR comfort level.

Open Gym

Does your current schedule prevent you from attending group fitness classes during peak hours? Do you need a gym membership that provides you with access to traditional & functional fitness equipment when it’s convenient for you? Whether you need to train outside of normal business hours or just want the ability to do your own programming, the flexibility of our dedicated 24/7 access space means that you can train when it works best for you!

Youth Training

Take your athlete to the next level with our Youth Speed & Agility (7-12) and our Youth Strength & Speed (12+) Group Classes.

Our Strength & Conditioning Coaches guide your athletes through each portion of class, overseeing all movement and offering encouragement along the way.

CrossFit Kids & Mighty Mights

Kids workouts are, first and foremost, FUN! The goal of the program is to establish a lifelong love for fitness at the earliest age possible. To find out if we are the right fit for your child’s activity needs, contact us to learn more about our approach to youth group exercise.

Build / Burn Classes

Our 45 minute coach-led Build & Burn classes specialize in traditional strength & stability work (Build) and classic cardio sweat sessions (Burn). These classes are a great fit for all experience levels and an even better prerequisite for CrossFit classes!

L.I.F.E.

Join our L.I.F.E. program of mostly women 40+ (but open to anyone) for 60 minutes of coach led, full body, functional workouts designed to build strength & burn fat!

  • We are conveniently located in the heart of Belden Village on the Stark State Campus grounds.
  • But sometimes GPS will lead you to Walmart.
  • Enter onto Campus at the intersection of Strip Ave & Dressler Rd.
  • Make a right at the stop sign.
  • Follow the road to the 3rd driveway on the right. You will see a white sign leading you directly to RTC Fitness!
