2. Do I have to count calories or track macros?

No! That's one of the biggest benefits of Body By EV. We take care of the math and the planning for you. You simply follow the meals provided, and your coach will adjust portions, ingredients, or meals as needed each week to keep you on track.

3. How often do my plans change?

Every single week. Unlike other programs where you repeat the same plan for weeks or months, your Body By EV plan is updated weekly to keep things fresh, flexible, and aligned with your progress.

4. What if I don't like certain foods?

No problem! Your plan is designed around the foods you enjoy and will actually eat. Don't like fish? Hate broccoli? Allergic to nuts? Your coach takes all of that into account when building your plan.

5. How much time do I need for cooking?

Our plans are designed for busy professionals and parents, so recipes are simple and approachable. We provide realistic options that can be prepared quickly, with minimal ingredients, and that fit into your lifestyle.

Not at all. Most of our meals are simple, family-friendly, and easy to prepare-even if you're new in the kitchen. We'll provide step-by-step guidance so you feel confident.

Every plan comes with weekly check-ins, accountability from your coach, and the ability to reach out for unlimited support. This ensures you're never left guessing and always have guidance.

9. Can I participate if I'm not local?

Yes! Since the meal plans and coaching are delivered virtually, you can join from anywhere. Your weekly plans and check-ins are online, making it easy no matter where you live.

10. Can I use HSA or FSA funds for Body By EV?

Yes! We work with Truemed to make our services eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. This means you may be able to cover the cost of your plan with pre-tax dollars.
