L.I.F.E. is more than a workout-it’s a program designed to help you move with purpose, build functional strength, and feel empowered at any stage of life. This class provides an energizing, approachable option for anyone looking to train in a positive and encouraging community. L.I.F.E. minimizes high-repetition barbell work and avoids Olympic lifts, while still delivering a full-body, functional workout. Each class includes intentional movement using machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, balls, torpedoes, and more. The focus is on progress, not competition-with no whiteboard scores, just effort, energy, and empowerment.

Strength Without Intimidation

Barbell use is minimal and limited to the squat, bench press, and deadlift-and even those are programmed sparingly. Instead, expect creative, functional workouts that use a wide range of equipment to build strength, stamina, and confidence.
