JV Group Classes
JV Group Class (Ages 7-12)

Our JV program focuses on building the foundation every young athlete needs: coordination, balance, speed, and agility. Through structured drills and fun competition, athletes develop better movement mechanics, quicker reaction time, and overall athletic confidence-without the use of heavy weights.

Varsity Group Class
Varsity Group Class (Ages 12-16)

The Varsity program combines strength training with speed and agility development to prepare athletes for higher-level competition. With an emphasis on proper lifting technique, explosive power, and advanced conditioning, athletes learn how to get stronger, faster, and more resilient.

Athlete One on One class
1:1 Training

Private training sessions offer athletes the most individualized coaching possible. Each session is tailored to specific goals-whether it’s improving strength, refining sport-specific skills, or building confidence after injury. 1:1 training is best for athletes who want direct attention and accelerated progress.

Athlete Small Group class
Athlete Small Groups (3-6 Athletes)

Small group training provides the perfect balance of personal coaching and peer motivation. Athletes of similar age and ability train together, allowing for individualized attention while fostering teamwork and accountability. Small groups are a great fit for athletes who thrive in a more focused, yet competitive, training environment.

Team Training

Designed for entire sports teams, this program builds stronger, faster, and more unified athletes. Training sessions are customized to the team’s sport, season, and needs-whether that’s off-season strength, in-season conditioning, or injury prevention. Teams not only improve physically but also build chemistry and discipline that carry onto the field or court. Team training is offered on and offsite in custom training packages.

Meet Romero Harris,

Meet Coach Romero

Romero Harris

Strength & Conditioning Director

Romero Harris is a Strength & Conditioning Coach at RTC Fitness, where he specializes in developing athletic performance through personal training, small group coaching, and leading the Varsity Strength & Speed and JV Speed & Functional Strength programs. Since joining RTC in 2021, Romero has worked with athletes of all levels, helping them build the strength, speed, and confidence needed to excel in their sport.

Before coaching, Romero built his own athletic career on the baseball field. He played at Indiana State University (2018–2019), where the team captured the Missouri Valley Conference championship, and at Wabash Valley College (2016–2017), where they finished 3rd in the JUCO World Series. After college, he spent a year playing professional baseball with the Birmingham Beavers in the United Shores Professional Baseball League.

Romero’s coaching experience includes three seasons working with Walsh University’s football and baseball programs, as well as coaching travel baseball in 2025. His background as both a player and coach gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to prepare athletes physically and mentally for the next level.

With a passion for athlete development, Romero brings energy, expertise, and a results-driven approach to every session at RTC Fitness.
