FAQs
Do I have to be a member of RTC to join?
Nope! The challenge is open to both RTC members and non-members. Non-members get gym access for the 6 weeks.
Will I need to count calories or track macros?
No. You’ll get fully customized meal plans that take the guesswork out of nutrition. Just follow the plan Erin creates for you.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Erin will tailor your meal plan to your needs and preferences—vegan, gluten-free, allergies, dislikes—you name it.
How are the weekly check-ins done?
You’ll connect with Erin each week to update on progress and get adjustments or support as needed.
Do I need to be a good cook to follow the plan?
No! The meal plans are simple, beginner-friendly, and realistic—perfect even if your kitchen skills are basic.
When does the challenge start?
Monday, May 5th! Spots are limited, so sign up early to reserve yours.
I’m not local—can I still participate?
Yes! You can find an InBody location near you and email your results, or we can track using body weight only. Either way, you’ll still get results!
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for this challenge?
Yes, in many cases you can! We’ve partnered with Truemed, which allows eligible participants to use HSA/FSA funds for health and wellness programs like this one.
Is this a direct payment or reimbursement?
This is a reimbursement-based process. You’ll pay upfront, then submit documentation to get reimbursed through your HSA/FSA provider. All the details can be found here.
