EV Sustain is our ongoing nutrition accountability and lifestyle support membership designed for clients who have completed at least 12 weeks of meal plan coaching and want continued support without weekly meal plans.

EV Sustain is a lower-touch, long-term coaching membership focused on:

The goal is to help clients maintain progress while building more confidence and independence with nutrition.

Personalized Maintenance Macros

You’ll receive personalized maintenance macros based on:

  • Your goals
  • Current body composition
  • Lifestyle
  • Activity level
  • Nutrition history

These are designed to help you maintain results while creating more flexibility and long-term sustainability.


Weekly Accountability Touchpoints

Each week, you’ll receive an automated touchpoint email asking for:

  • Weight update
  • Biggest win
  • Biggest struggle

Once you reply, a coach will personally respond within 48 hours.

These touchpoints are designed to maintain accountability and help you stay connected without requiring full weekly coaching check-ins.


Monthly InBody Scan

Each month, you’ll have access to an InBody scan to:

  • Monitor progress
  • Track trends
  • Stay objective
  • Catch small changes before they become bigger setbacks

This keeps EV Sustain grounded in real data instead of guesswork.


Private Education & Accountability Group

EV Sustain members receive access to our private support group focused on:

What EV Sustain Is NOT

EV Sustain is not:

  • Weekly personalized meal plans
  • Intensive weekly nutrition coaching
  • Ongoing macro adjustments every week
  • High-touch transformation coaching

Clients needing more hands-on support, deeper adjustments, or aggressive goal pursuit may be better suited for Full Coaching.

The good news:
You can always transition back into Full Coaching if your goals or needs change.

Full Coaching Check-Ins

EV Sustain Touchpoints

Touchpoints are shorter accountability-focused check-ins designed to help maintain consistency and support long-term habits.

  • Receive guidance and accountability

However, EV Sustain does not include ongoing weekly meal plan updates or routine macro adjustments.


Will I still receive a meal plan?

No.

EV Sustain does not include weekly personalized meal plans.

This phase is designed to help you apply the habits and education learned during Full Coaching while maintaining accountability and support.


Do I need to know how to track macros?

Yes.

EV Sustain includes education around:

  • Portion awareness

The goal is to help you become more confident and independent over time.


Can I still reach out to my coach?

Yes.

EV Sustain includes ongoing coach access for:

If you need more in-depth coaching or plan adjustments, you can move back into Full Coaching anytime.


What if I want to return to Full Coaching?

You can transition back into Full Coaching whenever your goals, lifestyle, or support needs change.


Is EV Sustain a contract?

No long-term contract is required.

EV Sustain is billed every 4 weeks as an ongoing recurring membership until canceled.

Cancellation requires at least 10 business days written notice before your next billing date.


Are payments refundable?

No. Due to the nature of coaching services and support provided, all payments are non-refundable.
