Youth Camp 2.0

Our youth athlete programs are designed to instill a life-long love of fitness. We do this through age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. 

In our youth camps we’ll be focusing on:⁠

  • Strength: Your young athlete will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.⁠
  • Healthy Habits: Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.⁠
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.⁠
  • Confidence: Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.⁠

Dates: Weeks of July 26 & August 2, 2022

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday each week from 9:00am to 11:30am daily.

Where: RTC Fitness 

Who: Kids ages 4-12

What: Over the course of 2 weeks we will work developing personal responsibly, team building, communication and healthy nutrition choices…all while having a blast through safe, age appropriate workouts and games under the instruction and guidance of our team! We will provide a healthy snack and drink each day as well.
