We are NOT open 24/7, but we do have the option for 24/7 membership. If you have a 24/7 membership, you are able to use the facility anytime.
Yes, we do! At RTC Fitness, our certified personal trainers work with you one-on-one to create a personalized plan that matches your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Whether you're just getting started, coming back from an injury, or looking to level up your performance, our coaches are here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way. We offer flexible scheduling and tailor every session to your individual needs-so you never feel like you're just going through the motions.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
We do not offer childcare services, but we do have dedicated areas for your kids to hangout while you workout!
Results take time, but if you're consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes, we have plenty of parking. We are located on the Stark State Campus grounds. There are multiple doors for our facility. Please use door D6. Enter Campus at the intersection of Strip Ave & Dressler Rd. Make a right at the stop sign. Follow the road to the 3rd driveway on the right. You will see a white sign leading you directly to RTC Fitness! Drive to the far end of the parking lot and enter our main entrance door (D6).
