What: The 2024 Open is right around the corner(if this is new to you, no fear LOTS of info coming soon). To kick off the fun this year, we are hosting a Pre-Open Friday Night Lights Event of Exercise, Food, and Family Fun!
The night will have 3 parts – you can sign up to take a spot in any or all parts. You can also just come hang!
We will kickoff with 3 heats (for fun) of an old Open Workout (kids are welcome to participate as well!). You must sign up via the google sheet so we can properly plan!
*Note: the workout we will be doing will be announced the week of the event. BUT it will be accessible to anyone, including the kids. Kids must be at least 5 to participate. Modifications and scaling will be available as always! Remember this is for FUN!
We will have a potluck for snacks – please use the second tab on the google sheet to sign up for what you will contribute.
And then we will have a team jeopardy game (sign up next to heat sign ups) and Wii games going as well.
When: Friday, Feb 9, 2024 from 5:00p to 8p.
- Workout heats 5:30-6:30 (A structured warmup will NOT be led so arrive a little prior to your heat time and get yourself ready).
- Potluck 6pm-8pm
- Games 6:30-8pm

THE DEADLINE TO SIGNUP IS 2/1 BUT please do so ASAP as the sooner we know how many to expect, the better we can plan. We will need a minimum of 15 to play jeopardy!
